Yes. We accept customize color from 500 pcs. Customize box design from 500 pcs as well.
Q. If you offer spare parts? Such as touch screen, printer, motherboard, battery and adapter?
Yes. Customers can buy spare parts for repair and maintenance purpose. We can also provide some free spare parts if order is big.
Q. What is your after-sale warranty?
Warranty time is 1 year for main device. Only touch screen is 6 months. During warranty time, if device is broken, we will repair free. After warranty time, we charge based on our cost.
